Hey my dudes. I caught wind of interest in some sort of gaming party/ VR experience. I have 4 VR headsets for 1) 4 player games of Demeo (a VR “tabletop” board game – plays like the board games of old, but with no cleanup and the pieces on the board are all “Indian in the cupboard” alive on the board. https://youtu.be/qws5EOeLLOE?si=ksU2uT-fGr06qs24
There’s also a 3 player arcady shooter called Population: One (a squad is limited to 3), where Squads of 3 are air-dropped Fortnite style into a small city. It’s VR Fortnite with scaled down graphics to run on VR hardware : ). Hella fun. https://www.populationonevr.com/
I also have access to 4 Steam Decks, which are essentially portable PC’s for some small lan parties – the can play just about any game from 2022 on back (with compromises, but I feel they’re magic). So some old school Games like Red Alert 2, Counterstrike, etc – we can hook these up to TVs or play as is, whatever. Aslo have several copies of a few more modern ones; left4dead 2, etc.
Then there’s always Jackbox games – “board” games that you play through your phone as the pad and the TV as the board. Really interesting.
The only thing I don’t have is a venue. My house isn’t that large. At any rate, wanted to throw all this out there to see if there was interest.
Let’s talk about it soon!
